About The Role
We pride ourselves on our fresh quality food that our servers are proud to take out and our customers enjoy time and time again. This is achieved by our team of chefs with the skill and ability to produce these amazing meals.

Our restaurants are busy and we are looking for a chef to come on board and get involved in growing the business even further. We change our menus seasonally bring new exciting dishes and ingredients, we also research and focus our specials menu on regions of Italy bimonthly, so there is always new food to explore and training to learn.

Even in the kitchen, you as a chef can produce an unforgettable dish creating incredible experiences that make our guests keep coming back for. If you are passionate about your food and want to learn and progress in a company that is driven by its quality this may be the role for you!

About You
We are looking for an experienced chef who has the ability to focus, multi task and communicate. You will have a knowledge of following specs and a skill set to produce the high quality food that our guest have come to expect.

As our restaurant is busy, a chef with speed and ambition is key to build on the current success along with being a team play, we know it gets tough at times, but we get through it together.

Finally, as Hygiene is an important part of the role, we need a chef who adheres to strict health and safety policies keeping our kitchens clean and compliant and making you proud of the kitchen you work in.
