Following the government’s recent announcement (Friday 20th) that due to Covid-19 all restaurants, cafes and bars must close today, we will sadly be shutting our doors from tonight, until further notice.
Any future online bookings you have made will be cancelled. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, but we are duty bound to follow the government’s orders.
GIFT CARDS & GOLD REWARDS
If you hold a gift card, or have Gold Rewards credit we will be extending the validity period, and will contact you via the email address you registered to confirm.
Any valid Itison, Groupon or TravelZoo vouchers will also be extended – time period TBC. We will liaise with those relevant companies who in turn will let you know.
Any deposits will be held until we re-open and if needed repaid in full.
This is an extremely difficult and upsetting time for our restaurant and HQ teams. We will be working closely with them over the course of these next few weeks and months to ensure any and all government support finds its way to them.
SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL GUSTO BY BUYING A GIFT CARD
If you would like to continue to support us we have set up Pay It Forward Gift Cards. Many guests have already committed to a future visit by buying one of these gift experiences. You can choose from £25, £50, £75, £100 and £250. To show our thanks we’ll add a 20% discount.
A massive thank you to everyone who has already purchased – we will of course extend the validity (currently 6 months) of all vouchers in line with any upcoming government advice on when we can re-open. We’re already look forward to welcoming you back.

During this period please bear in mind that if you email or phone your local restaurant we may not respond in our usual timely manner.

We’re so proud of how our teams have dealt with this unprecedented challenge, and we can’t thank you, our guests, enough for the support you have shown us with your continued visits, and the very kind words of support you’ve shared over the last few weeks.
We’re going into hibernation for now, but let us be very clear – we shall be back, and we will be ready to party with you in true Gusto style.
