We’ve welcomed spring with a range of new delicious dishes and cooling drinks created with seasonal ingredients perfect for those warmer sunny days (when they finally arrive). Our new menu welcomes new exciting dishes and seasonal changes to your well-known favourites giving them a new, fresh, and even tastier feel. Pan seared scallops dish in an Italian restaurant

 

Seared to perfection… Our Pan-Seared King scollops are the perfect treat and one you can’t miss. Served with crispy pancetta on a bed of pea purée, mint, chilli oil and topped with a crispy pork crumb. In essence, summer on a plate.

 

Chocolate and Biscoff sough dessert

 

Got a sweet tooth? A ‘twist’ on our famous dough petals filled with oozing Biscoff and chocolate topped with Italian gelato and fresh berries. Originally it was made to share but we won’t judge you if you don’t… we certainly didn’t.

Of course, we can’t forget our new frozen cocktails, perfect for those ‘chilled’ summer evenings when you need to cool down! You can now try our fruity Mango Margarita, our frozen twist on a classic Pina-Colada, and our Bergamot Slush which Is a definition of a midsummer dream.
