To start: Red Pepper Arancini with Saffron Aioli

The perfect starter and a staple of Sicilian cuisine – served with frisse, rocket, and sweet potato crisps.

Here to steal the show: Linguine Vongole.

Fresh clams tossed in garlic, parsley, white wine, and extra virgin olive oil topped with red chilli, and shaved bottarga – an Italian delicacy of cured mullet.

Pan-fried swordfish steak served with capers, garlic and rosemary roast potatoes, peppers, courgette, carrot, and pickled fennel in a lemon and herb dressing.
